Reading-"Interrupted Journey" 542-553
Read the story each day, and the test is on Thursday.

Vocabulary-basking, sleek, vital, damage, analyzing, detect
Study the words daily, and the test is on Thursday.

Spelling-Test on Friday.  Homework for this week is as follows:
Monday-Write the words 3x each.
Tuesday-Write a letter to the editor of a newspaper telling why you think a certain animal (your choice) should be preserved.  Use as many spelling words as possible.
Wednesday-Study
Thursday-Write the spelling words in cursive.
